Equal application of the law is the only way to peace. No matter what you do to crush Palestinians, there will be no freedom from fear and death until Israel is subdued or decides it wants to obey the law as expected of others.                JERUSALEM (September 10) - Israel had demanded
               several times that the Palestinian Authority arrest,
               Mahmoud Shaker Habishi, 48, from the Western Galilee
               village of Abu Sna'an, after receiving concrete
               information of his intention to carry out a suicide
               bombing.

               Security officials also knew of Habishi's contacts with
               Hamas terrorist Kais Adwan in Jenin. Adwan is
               responsible for sending a number of suicide bombers.

               The PA, however, ignored the request to apprehend both
               Habishi and Adwan, and at one point claimed that
               Habishi was not residing in areas under its control.

               Ten days ago, security forces raided Abu Sna'an and
               searched several homes, including Habishi's. Habishi had
               fled the area at the time of the raid.

               Habishi, the first Israeli Arab to perpetrate a suicide
               bomb attack, is a prominent member of the Islamic
               Movement, and is married to two women and the father
               of a number of children.

               Several days ago, he left his home and met with Hamas
               members in the Jenin area. On learning of his activities,
               Israel once again demanded the PA arrest him. After
               receiving additional information over the weekend that he
               was still in Jenin, Israel once again requested he be

I heard much more anger and "implied" threats but nothing specific. From time to time all
the Bush Administration said they heard "chatter" but "nothing specific!"
It takes no space scientist or terror "expert" or military tactcian to know what any street
kid, farm boy, freedom fighter or "terrorist does not advertise if, where, when or how I am
going to lure and catch you bullies up a dark alley when you least expect it for holding me
as you punched and then kicked my ribs in as I lay bleeding. I would go and cut your balls
out with a rusty knife or saw for that cowardly, illegal and obscene act.
