What comes next? Tomorrow is another day!

**
Here it be July 1, 2006 and piles of tiles have been on roof for 6
weeks with no communication
with toof man and facing more hurricanes. We've been in hurricane season
with one named
Alberto long gone! So with most interior done, much more remains to
be done. Roof is most
important and then grading, driveway and landscaping. I quit now at
1936 for dinner of chicken
pot pie and a glass of "White Tail" Chardonnay!

Well many promises of tomorrow, the critical tomorrow of the second
90 pound tarpaper
(felt) hot mopping has not been done. We got delivery of the rolls
and tar sitting in the front
yard but men keep not showing up. They get up to double the price to
fix hurricane damaged
roofs over contract price of mine. So tomorrow is still tomorrow or
tomorrow's tomorrow!
Below is another tomorrow. Stucco job was completed. Pictures later!

Rather than another pcture of progress or non progress, here's what
house should look like.
Will put a more appropriate picture here later. I added this picture

Another day and many more came during passage of Hurricane Wilma and
after.
Due to this and that, we didn't get to revise this page. And another
day came,
The First day of Jan. 2006 sunup on Palm Beach that important day!
**
We shall try to fill in back pictures along with keeping up with the
latest.
Make 2006 the greatest year ever. Only you can do that.

This is Monday Oct. 24, 2005 and I am sitting in the face of approaching
hurricane Wilma which
at present is making landfall off Naples at CAT 3 but 4 miles under
Cat 4. It is now beginning to
blow here at 35 gusting to 55 in West Palm Beach. It is moving forward
at 20 miles per hour so
on the right side of the eye, just add 20 to 140 which equal 160 on
the right and 120 on the left.
Hopeful forecast is for reduction in velocity on fully reaching land
with further reduction after
crossing the whole land mass to the east coast. X fingers and pray,
hope and Be Prepared or, if
you will, Semper Paratus of the USCG
I'll try to put a last night's picture here before the power fails:
Standby!
This was WB projection last night, Sun. 24 Oct. at 8:00 PM
It is now 0535 Monday and wind picking up. I must put this on net now
if time permits. More later.
Storm near Naples now with report increase to 125 mph. Cheers. Jolly
